Abstract
This special "Short Papers" track has being organized for "Young Researchers" (PhD students who have not received their PhD by the date of the conference). It intends to give the opportunity to these Young Researchers to take part, for the first time for some of them, in an International Conference as active participants, to meet other researchers and to present to the community their Phd work-in-progress. Those interested in participating in this program prepared a short abstract (less than two pages). These abstracts have not been refered and are published in this separate volume distributed to all participants of the conference. After he sent his abstract, each Young Researcher has been e-mail-linked with a senior researcher (having an accepted paper for the conference) who assisted him in the preparation of the short paper final version and oral presentation. 32 papers will be presented, from 13 different countries : Australia 1 Brasil 1 Canada 4 France 8 Germany 1 Greece 1 Japan 2 The Netherlands 1 Portugal 1 Russia 1 Spain 3 United Kingdom 5 USA 1 Separate slots have been scheduled for these presentations.
